Every good business owner wants to be a good leader. If you’re not a good leader, you can’t be a good business owner, and to be a good leader, you need to have people to listen to you. That might sound easy, but it’s not. Persuading people to your point of view can be one of the most challenging aspects of running a business. However, it’s not impossible. Done right, you can turn your doubters into your staunchest advocates. So how is it done? Well, here are a few strategies my colleagues and I implement to become more persuasive leaders.
